Your information is safe with us and we will always use it properly. In this privacy statement, we explain everything we do at the ICY Control Center website with information we learn about you.

Order handling
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this, we use your N&A data, payment data, ip address, billing address, phone number and e-mail address. We need these because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order is completed. We keep certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.
Contact form
The contact form allows you to ask us questions or make requests.
To do this, we use your e-mail address and details provided in the contact form, ip address and N&A data. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response.
Making in-app purchases
You can buy things in our website and/or app ICY Control Center where we use your personal data to complete and record the purchase.
To do this, we use your phone number, N&A data, IP address, billing address, payment data and e-mail address. We need these because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order is completed. We keep certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.
Purchasing credits
Certain things at ICY Control Center work with credits, which you have to purchase in advance, and where we use your personal data to complete the purchase and register the credits.
For this, we use your billing address, IP address, e-mail address, payment details, telephone number and N&A details. We need these because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order is completed. We keep certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.
Sending newsletters
We have a newsletter and you will be added to the list of subscribers only with your permission. In the newsletter, you will read news, tips and information about our products and services.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
Handling subscriptions
You can take out a paid subscription with our app ICY Control Center, where we use your personal data to handle payment.
For this, we use your phone number, IP address, N&A details, payment details, billing address and e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until you cancel the subscription. We retain certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.
Access app
Our app gives you access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change things yourself for the ICY Control Center. We keep track of what you have done and when, so there is proof of that.
To do this, we use your e-mail address, N&A data and IP address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until the end of our service to you.
The app ICY Control Center can also be provided by you to your customers for limited setup and access to their own consumption data during the period that a property of yours is rented or used by them. You do not need to use your customers’ personal data for this. However, we do use your customer’s IP address when they use the app ICY Control Center. We keep this information for one year after this used at the most.
Your account
Certain areas of our website and app require you to register first. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a user name. We use this to create an account, which you can log into using that username and a password of your choice.
For this, we use your e-mail address, billing address, payment details, N&A data. We need these because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until you cancel the account.
We store this information so that you don’t have to fill it out again and again, and so that we can contact you more easily when needed at the website. You can edit information through your account whenever you want.
Advertising
We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this:

Provision to other companies or institutions

You have the following rights:

With your request, we may ask you to identify yourself by enclosing a valid identity document to ensure that you are the correct person to whom the personal data belongs. It is important to shield your BSN and passport photograph when doing so.
We will in principle comply with your request within 30 days. However, this period may be extended for reasons related to the specific rights of data subjects or the complexity of the request. If we extend this deadline, we will inform you in a timely manner.
File a complaint
If you feel we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint with the regulator. This is called the Personal Data Authority.
