ICY has developed a series of thermostats specifically for use in spaces where the user is not the one who has to pay the energy bill. These Timer Thermostats, as the name suggests, have a timer that ensures that the thermostat switches back to a lower temperature after a time chosen by you as the owner. Depending on the version you choose, this is done based on operation or movement. You can even have the Timer Thermostat Expert linked to your current reservation system via ICY Control Center. The ICY1845IN Timer Thermostat Expert can be connected to ICY Accommodation Management, ICY Housing Management or ICY Campsite Management, so that it can be managed remotely and wirelessly. These thermostats are characterised by:

- robust
- high energy savings of 20% up to 50%, depending on the situation in which the thermostat is used.
This includes rental bungalows, association buildings, offices, hotel rooms and student housing, for example.
In these spaces, a window, door or sliding door is often opened for some fresh air, which means that the heating has to work even harder to maintain the set temperature.
With the timer thermostats from ICY, the temperature can be controlled in a smarter way, without sacrificing heating comfort. Based on presence detection, it can be determined when the room needs to be heated, so that a heater does not burn unnecessarily for 24 hours. In addition, there are subsidies for which you may be eligible.

The 1845 Timer Thermostat falls into class 4 of the table below with ErP product classes and therefore has an ErP correction factor of 2%.
