ICY Pulse Reading Module (DIN)

The ICY5247PRM measures the energy consumed. In addition, the PRM has an S1 output that can be switched on and off. This is a potential-free contact. This allows external relays to be controlled, but there is also the option to switch 230V directly. By combining these two functions, it is possible to set a prepaid credit via our management systems. When the prepaid credit has been used up, the S1 output will switch off.
The PRM sends alarms when:

  • The voltage on the PRM drops;
  • The prepaid credit is almost used up (as a warning);
  • The prepaid credit has been fully used up;
  • The peak power has been exceeded.
