Power and consumption are sometimes concepts that are not immediately obvious. What does it mean to offer, for example, 4 kWh per day, as the ACSI organisation requires of a campsite? And how quickly is that used up?
To illustrate this, we have listed some typical consumers of camping guests and recreational boaters below.
This means that if your guest, for example, switches on an electric heater in the awning for 2 hours, 4kWh will already have been used.
With ICY Campsite Management and ICY Marina Management you can choose to pay for actual consumption. Or to limit the power point to 6A as standard. If people want to consume more, they can pay extra for this. Most electric heaters already fall into the category for which extra payment is required.
